Michelle Roberts reported on recent ONC sessions about the Bureau of Land Management resource-management-plan (RMP) rewrite and related litigation. She said the Coquille Tribe is "very much concerned about ESA protections," that the RMP draft release had been delayed and that tens of thousands of public comments were submitted (Roberts cited roughly 96,000 comments, many repetitive).
