During the Nov. 4 meeting, Select Board members Robert Clark, Jr., Claudia Orff‑Reed and Road Commissioner Wayne discussed persistent billing issues with Kelley Earthworks. Town staff (Lynne) and Wayne's bookkeeper (Linda) reported difficulty identifying and reconciling Kelley Earthworks invoices, and the board agreed not to use Kelley Earthworks going forward.
