Andra Orlonas, director of operations for the Webb County Heritage Foundation, presented an overview of the foundation’s activities since September 2024, accompanied by Eduardo Garcia, manager of the Border Heritage Museum. Orlonas highlighted community events including the American Taco Book Tour stop, yearly 'Movies on the Patio' (attended by roughly 150 people per night), haunted-heritage exhibits, a chess tournament, and a Selena Quintanilla remembrance event that drew more than 200 attendees.
