Court authorizes WEX fuel-card cooperative and approves multiple ARPA contingency uses
The commissioners approved a cooperative contract to use WEX Bank for county fuel cards and approved several uses of contingency allowances for ARPA-funded construction, including Envico Road and erosion-control items.

Purchasing staff recommended that the county fall into the active cooperative contract with WEX Bank for countywide fuel cards, noting prior use by the sheriff's office and compatibility with the county's fleet-management partner. "That means that the all the data will be shared," purchasing staff said of the WEX partnership, adding that improved reporting and flags for anomalies would be available to departments.
