Webb County Treasurer Raul Reyes told the Commissioner's Court on July 27 that county cash-at-hand at June 30 was $217,068,130 and the county's invested portfolio totaled $295,725,866. Reyes said the court had 260 checks ready for release covering 504 invoices and $1,822,082.67 in EFTs, and he asked the court to ratify prior outlays that included property acquisitions.
