The Denton County MHMR Center Board of Trustees convened an executive session on personnel at 3:40 p.m. to discuss the Executive Director's contract renewal and returned to open session at 3:57 p.m. The minutes say the Executive Director's contract renewal will be finalized and presented for approval at the August 27, 2026 Board meeting; no action was taken at the July 30 meeting.
