At the Aug. 31 meeting, the Zoning Board approved time extensions for several previously permitted projects. Attorney Donald O'Neil asked for a six‑month extension on a previously granted variance for 3 Wildey Avenue; staff confirmed the new expiration date would be Feb. 26, 2027 and the board approved the request by unanimous vote. Separately, Rafael Hernandez requested a six‑month extension for 18 and 20 Crompton (a proposed four‑story, 12‑unit building); staff confirmed an extended deadline of Feb. 5, 2027 and the board approved that extension as well.
