Constable Sabino Morales (Precinct 3) pressed the court for information about an audit that has delayed take-home vehicle assignments for his office. Morales said he had not been informed about findings or investigations and noted that other constables had access to take-home units while he did not. "How long is it gonna take for this audit to be complete?" Morales asked, saying he had not been briefed and had not met with auditors.
