Code enforcement reported multiple property actions at the Aug. 3 meeting. Tracey said she is working with 12 Union Street on a use-and-occupancy (U&O) matter and that inspection for a proposed auto shop rental space remains incomplete; a notice of violation for 103 North Brandywine Ave. is being prepared and will be reviewed by the solicitor.
