The Board considered several enforcement matters raised in the Zoning Coordinator/Health Officer report. For a culvert and access-road complaint on Pettengill Road, NHDES Wetlands Bureau specialist Emmanuel Uwizeye advised the installation likely required a wetland permit and recommended NRCS investigate the site further. The Board recorded follow-up emails to Mr. Uwizeye seeking updates on mitigation status.
