Commissioner Glueck announced the Solid Waste Department's Labor Day schedule: the rubble site will be closed Saturday, Sept. 5 through Monday, Sept. 7 for the holiday; Monday's trash, recycling and yard waste collection will instead be performed on Wednesday, Sept. 9. Residents were asked to set containers out the night before and to call (605) 353-8542 with questions.
