During public comment, a board participant (speaker S2) criticized CTE program oversight and facilities, saying district leadership allowed a CTE coordinator to serve without adequate supervision and that as a result "we failed our students from a safety standpoint." S2 also described outreach attempts and said he had contacted Dr. Hamlin about missing CTE teams and lack of competition access.
