Dan Hennepin, public works director, presented three final or supplemental change orders and requested signature authority for the chair. He said the Bishop Road water-main extension required additional drainage and fittings, extending the contract time by 60 days and recommending a change order; in the presentation the amount was given as $128,890 but the motion recorded a different figure ($28,890). The board approved the change order for signature by the chair.
