Heather Hampson, the town's conservation agent, presented a draft tree-preservation bylaw the board may place on the fall Town Meeting warrant. Hampson said the bylaw targets development sites (site plan, stormwater and OSRD) and would apply only within the project's limit-of-work rather than to entire parcels.
