The commissioners court record includes a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) titled 'Data Center Rack Relocation, Ladder Rack Installation, Fiber Relocation, Cabling, and Equipment Cutover.' The SOW requires a site assessment, port mapping and labeling, ladder rack installation with grounding, rack preparation with PDUs and cable management, careful fiber housing relocation with OTDR or equivalent testing, Cat6 certification testing (Fluke or equivalent), and final as-built documentation and acceptance by County Technology personnel.
