Councilmember Terilli moved to authorize the mayor and city administrator to draft and publish a Request for Proposals for professional services to implement an Impact Fee Ordinance for Statham, including researching and formulating a Capital Improvement Element and calculating appropriate impact fees. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Patterson and passed unanimously.
