Engineering staff and Topside Civil Group said the county will need imported select fill to meet project specifications (plasticity index under 20) and presented updated quantity estimates that differ from the general contractor’s numbers. "This quantity does fall in line with that... we will need this material," Jorge Martinez of Topside Civil Group said when describing the gap between on-site material and the amount required for slabs and parking.
