Brian Rothman presented the economic development office's FY26 recap and highlighted staff and program achievements. Rothman described three core programs (Choose Culpeper for business attraction/retention, Be a Culpeper Local for small-business development, and Choose Culpeper Farms for agriculture), said construction began in the Culpeper tech zone this year, and summarized workforce and outreach initiatives including a jobs board and student engagement programs.
