District Ranger Rich Hatfield told the Elk Township Supervisors on June 10 that the Allegheny National Forest (recorded as ANF in the meeting) is offering a maintenance agreement covering the Roper Hollow Boat Launch section of the road that would include grading twice a year and "a small stipend for the agreement." The supervisors did not take immediate action and requested written details from ANF on the scope of work and stipend amount.
