Elk Township changes CDL training payback policy and approves EMS plan, permits and bills

Supervisors revised the personnel policy to require five years of employment if the township pays for an employee's CDL training, approved the EMS Response Plan, signed a stormwater application for J. Anderson and paid $4,613.12 from the General Fund and $300 from the EMS Fund.
