Commissioners approve Phase 1 for Nutter Boat & RV Storage with security and hedgerow conditions
The commission approved a phased plan for Nutter Boat & RV Storage permitting a 50×180 three-sided building, chain-link fencing and gate for Phase 1; the applicant must maintain a hedgerow and return for Phase 2 review.

May Smith, the county zoning administrator, presented the Nutter Boat & RV Storage application and said the project will be built in phases. "This will be phase 1, which will consist of the original 1st building, the 50 by 180 building that's open on the 3 sides," she said, and described chain-link fencing along 4th Street, an electric gate, security cameras, and a laser/sensor alarm tied to the Crawford County Sheriff's Department.
