The board voted 2‑1 to ratify attendance by Brian Noah and Manager Leo Rosenbauer at the PSATS Code Enforcement Academy held Aug. 27 in Enola, Pa., and to pay the usual expenses. Chairman John Cypher moved the ratification and Supervisor Braden Beblo seconded; Vice‑Chair Lois Rankin voted no. The minutes note that the township attorney had strongly suggested attendance because both employees needed training on non‑traffic citations.
