The Elm Grove Building Board on April 21 tabled a request from Scott and Susan Meinerz for an amended plat of survey and grading plan for Red Barn Lot 8. The change, prompted by a switch from Miller Marriott to JPK Builders as the primary contractor, increases hard surface by 5.2 square feet, and village staff said the revision had been reviewed by the Village Engineer and deemed minor.
