The commission asked staff to standardize each domain's background, remove metrics from the tables (to be developed later), and to supply more specific responsibilities and general timelines that reflect staff capacity.

Discussion moved through domains 1–8 with commissioners asking for consistent structure (background, challenges/needs, tasks) and uniform tables listing task, responsibility and time frame. Several members agreed that unique elements of each domain should remain, but that the introduction/background should be consistent across domains.
