On a motion by Diane Barrows, seconded by Leland Morgan, the Selectboard voted unanimously at 7:32 p.m. to enter executive session to discuss personnel matters under 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3). The motion specified who would remain in session: Selectboard members D. Adams, D. Barrows, L. Morgan and B. Paret; Town Manager Chris Taylor; and Deputy Town Manager & Finance Director Amber Baker.
