The Harrison City Council voted unanimously on May 12 to increase the Local Option Tax rate and to hold a community workshop on June 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Harrison Senior Center. Will Butler made the motion and Charlie Shutt seconded; all six council members recorded AYE votes.
