Planning staff presented a conditional-use application (CUP 26-02) from Andrew and Jamie Freeman to operate an event facility at Fireflies Point, a 14-acre parcel adjacent to Cobbs Creek Reservoir. The proposal centers on renovating an existing barn and providing parking and access outside the reservoir’s watershed-protection area.
