The scope calls for replacement of metal gates at the US‑41 main gate to closely match the Williams gate and includes paver replacement. Board members also discussed traffic flow concerns related to a proposed double‑gate design; Eric Long said "the front entrance would generally remain open during daytime." No final procurement award occurred at this meeting; the formal bid opening and subsequent Board review were described as the next steps.
