Charlie Krebs, District Engineer, told the Board the gatehouse renovation package is ready for submittal to the Village of Estero once Bowman Incorporated issues required checks; processing was delayed by the Memorial Day holiday. He reported South Florida Water Management District approval for drainage repairs has been received and a virtual pre‑construction meeting with SFWMD and Village staff is scheduled for June 1, 2026.
