The City Council voted to approve a revised development agreement with WestSP Development Partners (Greco) for redevelopment of several parcels, including 150 Thompson Ave. E.; 1520 Robert St.; 1554–1564 Crawford Dr.; and 1556–1564 James Ave. Councilmember Lisa Eng-Sarne moved for approval, Councilmember Robyn Gulley seconded, and the motion carried on a 5–0 vote.
