At a May 7 workshop, the Town Council of Trappe and Town Engineer Katherine McAllister reviewed a proposal from Rauch to install a new well designated Well 4R to replace the town's existing Well 4. The council was told the replacement would increase production capacity but would not resolve the town's storage shortfall.
