The board approved Change Order 7 for the Pinecrest renovation at 1407 Independence Avenue, authorizing an additional $227,388 to be added to the project contract. Facilities Director Rory Giving told the board the bulk of the amount — $200,738 — covers work on the southern entryways; the remaining funds pay for additional attic insulation that had deteriorated and drywall work related to clinic piping.
