Because the committee has several new members, Chairperson Pat Prill supplied copies of the previously approved Purpose and Objectives for the group to review. Clerk-Treasurer Tamra Harrington moved to reaffirm the committee's previously approved Purpose and Objectives; the motion was seconded by Pat Prill and the minutes record the motion as carried.
