A bylaws subcommittee of the Jericho Town Library Board (Lindsey Halman, Linda Porter and Director Catherine Bass) presented a draft of updated bylaws on April 14. Board members reviewed the draft, suggested changes and questions, and agreed to continue the discussion at the May meeting to allow time for reflection.
