City Secretary Arenas told the council the master fee schedule presented on Aug. 31 reflected changes reviewed at the Aug. 17 work session and recommended adoption at the regular meeting. The council moved to approve the resolution adopting the master fee schedule for all fees and charges assessed and collected by the city of Lancaster and the motion carried by voice vote.
