The Marion County Board closed a public hearing and approved a zone change for Jubitz Corporation (Case #25-004) on Aug. 26. The board voted to change the property zoning from EFU (Exclusive Farm Use) to ID (Interchange District) and to amend the comprehensive plan designation from Primary Agriculture to Commercial, granting an exception to Statewide Planning Goal 3.
