Board votes to advertise 2024 International Property Maintenance Code ordinance
The Derry Township supervisors voted 2–0 to advertise adoption of the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code ordinance, beginning the public notification process required before final adoption.

During the April 20 meeting, Supervisor Joseph E. Ughetto moved to advertise the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code ordinance; Chairman Ronald E. Napikoski seconded the motion and it passed 2–0.
