Town Administrator Violet Sanderson presented the Final Plat for Twin Cliffs’ Sixth Addition and told the council the developer's agreement has been signed and the bond secured. Council Member Abby Humes moved to authorize the mayor to sign the final plat; Council Member Michael Butler seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
