Staff reports multiple solar projects near completion; DEQ review ongoing
Planning staff told the commission that several solar projects (Cox Family, Cumberland Solar, Boston Hills, Plank Road, Hecate) are in final stages or awaiting DEQ/state permits; two earlier conditional use permits have moved to final stabilization.

Planning staff reported there have been no substantive changes to pending code amendments and provided a spreadsheet of approved solar projects. Two previously approved conditional use permits (identified by staff as 21-02 and 21-03 for named projects) have completed structure installation and are working on final stabilization.
