Goodhue County approves rezoning for 40-acre 'Ryan Addition' conservation subdivision
The board approved rezoning 40 acres of Parcel 25.011.0400 from A-1 to Conservation Subdivision, approving a preliminary/final one-lot plat named 'Ryan Addition' and imposing conditions including recording the conservation subdivision prior to building and recording the final plat within 180 days.

The Goodhue County Board voted to amend the county zoning map to rezone 40 acres in Belle Creek Township from A-1 (Agricultural Protection) to CS (Conservation Subdivision) and approved a preliminary/final plat that creates a single lot to be called the "Ryan Addition." The board said the rezoning is consistent with the county comprehensive plan and subdivision regulations and accepted the Planning Advisory Commission recommendation.
