Applicant representative Mark Schneier attended and the council moved to approve the rezoning. The motion was seconded and the clerk called the roll; the amendment was approved with affirmative votes from council members present. "Mark Schneier is here... We're looking forward to everything that it brings to our district," a speaker said in support.
