Resident voices damage, property‑value and notice concerns as Plan Commission readies solar‑farm code amendment

A resident told the board a planned ~300‑acre solar farm near her home will affect about ten properties and voiced concerns about dust, construction impacts and lack of homeowner benefit; she also said the code citation for the proposed amendment appeared inconsistent in the meeting materials.
