Pinal County approves new PCSO pay structure, creates civilian pilot position and updates pay policy
The Board approved the Pinal County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Step Plan pay structure, creation of a 'Pilot (Civilian)' job classification funded in the FY26–27 budget, and revisions to county pay grades and Policy 4.20 effective Oct. 25, 2026; across-the-board increases may now be applied to base salary when ranges are exceeded.
