The Board approved a technical correction to Morgan County’s Zoning Regulations specific to Wireless Service Facilities. Planning Director Nicole Hay presented redlined language that removes Section 4-715(D) — which previously stated wireless service facilities were a permitted use in all zoning districts — and adds the permitted use to the use table to correct an omission made when the table was created last year.
