Morgan County’s Board of County Commissioners approved a Road Use Agreement with South Platte Solar, LLC during its May 28, 2025 meeting. Planning and Zoning Administrator Nicole Hay told the board that "the Planning and Zoning department has received all necessary prerequisites for this agreement and that everything is in order."
