Commissioner Gable updated the board on the county jail project, saying contractors have erected many interior cinder-block walls and that concrete work remains in certain northern sections. "So a lot of the walls, a lot of the cinder block or, walls are being put up," Gable said, and noted remaining pours are needed in "area A," the northern part of the structure.
