The Codington County Board of Commissioners opened a public hearing on the county's 2027 provisional budget at 9:02 a.m. Chair called attention to the legal notice and asked the county auditor to provide an overview. "A notice of this hearing and the provisional budget have been published as required by law," the chair said.
