Trustee Feitlich moved to approve the Deerfield Crossing 2nd Amended Annexation Agreement "as published," and trustees carried the motion by a 5-0 roll call vote. Manager Nykaza said Lennar Homes sent building plans for 89 lots it purchased and expects closings in late 2024–early 2025; Almanar Trading will retain ownership of remaining lots.
