The Comal ISD Board approved a 2025–2026 staffing request after administrators reported a projected enrollment increase of 724 students, which would bring the district to approximately 30,514 students. Dr. Randy Davis, Chief Human Resources Officer, presented the staffing recommendation and the demographic analysis underpinning it; the board approved the request on a motion by Tim Hennessee, seconded by Courtney Biasatti (vote: For 6, Against 0, Absent 1).
