Jacob Anderson told the committee that after months of exclusive negotiations the chosen Tony’s Lot proposal did not move forward and the site is effectively back to square one for redevelopment. He said the agency has spent about $900,000 on Tony’s Lot to date and will not budget new funds for redevelopment this fiscal year.
